- Bill Whatley, is the founder and General Manager of Waste Water Technologies. After attending union plumbing trade school in Houston, Whatley worked for WK Plumbing from 1976 to 1982, when he moved to Austin and started Precision Commercial Plumbing. In 1995, he started Waste Water Technologies with the Texas franchise of Perc Rite's proprietary processes and technology. Bill holds many certifications from various state Agencies including: Installer II license, Master Plumbers license, Fire Line Installation license, Liquefied Petroleum Gas License, and Medical Gas Certification. Whatley is a member of the Association of General Contractors and the Austin Sub-Contractor Association.
